C) Associate's shop

If you are not already an associate and wish to become one, simply click on the "associates" box in the navigation bar. Select the option relevant to you and complete the application form which appears. (Please note that it is a condition of applying for associate status that you have purchased at least one Harmony evolution at the full price).

If you are already an associate, then simply log in using your user name and password. This brings you into the associate area where you can view your sales and your downline structure. You can also place orders here both for yourself and for your customers.

In the shop, the first thing that you will notice is that there are additional products especially for associates. At least two more will be added before then end of August.

Selecting the products you wish to purchase is exactly the same as for customers.

In the Shopping basket, however, the country has already been selected by the system: This is the country of your residence. If you need to change it, i.e. you are placing an order for a customer in another country, you can re-select the country from the drop-down list.

The next thing that you'll notice is the drop-down list "order for". This lets you select "new customer" (at top of list), yourself (next) or any of your downline customers and associates. Associates are highlighted in lilac, customers in beige.

If you have customers and/or downline associates in more than one country, you will see a separate list for each country as you select it.

Some items (the bulk purchase options) are only available to associates. The system will not let you place such an order for anyone who does not already have this status.

Some bulk prices allow you to change the quantity. For example, the bulk price for 10 standard Harmony evolutions is also available for any amount from 10 upwards. You can change the number to any amount you like but the system will not accept orders for less than ten.

The bulk order for Harmony Phone Chips is, however, in multiples of 35 Harmony Phone Chips. This is simply because they are manufactured in sheets of 35.

When you select a bulk purchase option, you will note that neither credit cards nor Paypal are accepted as payment options. This is because these are relatively expensive as well as taking some 2 - 13 weeks to get the payment to our bank. The bulk purchase prices do not contain the additional costs (around 7%) to cover either the credit card fees or financing costs. Cheques drawn upon a UK bank or a telegraphic (wire) transfer are the only options available. You will be given full details of the procedure in the email confirming your order.

To upgrade an existing customer to associate, select the customer from the drop down list. The system will then automatically enter his/her name, address etc. Click then upon the orange bar "Associates application" and the sign-up fee will appear in the shopping basket.

Enter the user name and password which they would like to use. Don't forget to select whether they already have a Harmony evolution before you go to the payment section.

From here onwards the procedure is exactly the same as for customers.
