Finding the THymus Gland
If you place your index finger upon the upper end of your breastbone
and the next two fingers next to it upon the length of the breastbone,
then behind the middle of the third finger is the middle of the thymus
gland. Attach the Harmony evolution with the text inverted so that the
middle of the brown diamond covers this point.
The Harmony evolution should then be fixed with Leucosilk or similar
surgical tape.

One afternoon I drove my car from Berlin to Frankfurt am Main, a distance of some 340 miles. In preparation for the journey I placed my Harmony evolution upon the small of the back.
