Sometimes, it takes a little time to find out what it is that you've got.

My Christmas Present from Joachim (yes, the one who invented the Harmony evolution) last year was a headphone with three Harmony evolutions built into it. I tried it out and it was quite nice. Each person has their own particular history and problems so I will only relate one aspect of mine here just to show the principle.

The "learned" experience from my mother is that I am guilty of existing, am responsible for all her problems and that it is a crime to have anything for myself. I know many people with variations on this theme; it is very common and, so, useful for demonstration purposes. This "indoctrination" forms the basic life expectations and will incur actions to support it, i.e. make it real. Overcoming such indoctrination can be a life's work!

Those who have received healing from me or are now taking part in the online training course (not yet available in english) will know that the exercises to release this destructive programming go in phases: At first almost nothing seems to happen but perseverance builds up sufficient momentum that after a few days there is some release. Then comes the next phase of building up sufficient momentum to release some more. Each time the old habits strike back and it is a bumpy ride necessitating much patience, perseverance and courage. You see, everyone has their life habits, their expectation of how life will be, their basic operating system programme (isn't it amazing how closely computer software follows habitual human thought patterns?). Formatting the hard drive and re-programming everything is a lot of work especially as you can't delete the old operating system before the new one is in place or the body will simply die. The old programme fights to retain it's supremacy and causes constant difficulties installing the new one.

Here is a simple exercise to use with your Harmony Headphones:

First you need to find the answer to a question. This question is, "What would I most like to have in my life right now?" Close your eyes and try to feel as though you now have it. Immediately, usually in the abdomen or head, you will experience a cramp. This is actually nothing more than your habits telling you that you can't have it. Now, put your Harmony Headphones on and repeat the exercise. See how the cramp immediately begins to disappear? Just keep on practising the feeling of joy and thankfulness that you now have what you want. The Harmony evolutions will automatically delete the resistance and you will begin to manifest your wishes in short order.

I theorise that the Harmony Headphones could be extremely useful in several illnesses which have as their root cause a learned ban on having what you really want. Obtain a pair of standard headphones. You can even leave the cable on (I did) so that you can plug it into you hi-fi when you're not meditating.

Insert a Harmony evolution into each ear piece as shown. You don't need to glue it - the ear padding on a good headset will hold the Harmony evolution without any problem.

Set the third Harmony evolution in the middle of the bow so that it will sit, in use, on the fontanel. Selotape or similar is more than adequate to fix it. Just make sure that you can readily see which is the front and the back of the headphone. The fontanel Harmony chip should be "readable" from behind you and the other two exactly as shown in the photos.
