Migraine
Migraine is the learned habit of suppressing your own vivacity. It happens when a child is constantly denied the expression of its own exuberance and required to be still and quiet, i.e. "do not disturb."

The Harmony evolution and inter-vertebral disc.
In 1981 I had a spine operation to remove a destroyed inter-vertebral disk. Since then, this has been a permanently weak spot with occasional severe pain. In November 2001 I put my Harmony evolution upon the operation scar. After just 36 hours all the discomfort had disappeared.
